A great number of designers and tuning houses have had their turn at creating a unique Fiat 500. In some cases, the roof has come off, or painted it gold, created at WRC variant, and even planted small trees inside.

The price of the new Fiat 500c has recently been announced, auto critics were expecting the vehicle to be expensive, but perhaps not $4,000 more expensive than the 500. The difference from $15,500 to $19,500 is enough to put many potential buyers off.

At the recent Top Marques Show in Monte Carlo, tuning company Lucarelli Monza displayed its Abarth 500 Motore Centrale, a tuned and extensively modified Fiat 500. Fiat 500 from 0-60mph in 3.9 seconds.

When looking at this tiny 3 door hatchback it may seem the Seicento would be an unpopular vehicle, it doesn't have a very attractive body and it is so small! But recent statistics have found that there are more than 1 million of these vehicles on the road; so clearly there is a market for them.
